Automatic update of Locations on Traccar Map
Yes, location are updated automatically every 15 seconds. In upcoming version it will be real time update without any delay.
By when, we will have the updated version?
When try to run the traccar server app from aother PC in network using the install pc ip:8082, I can see only one device, the rest other devices looks missing from map. How to solve the same.

What devices? Are you sure they send data? Are you sure Traccar receives the data?

Yes, all Traccar apps update current locations in real time. You don't need to configure anything for it.

I can't see registered device.
Why?
I did it following.
First I created new user and entered by using user account.
And then I added new device.
Next I logout user account and login by using admin account.
But I can't see the registered device.
Why???
Sounds like you haven't linked device to the admin user, so I'm not sure why you expect to see it as an admin.

Please confirm if the Server Application automatically updates the User Location without any manual screen refresh.
Otherwise how can we configure the server app to refresh the maps automatically with most recent location received from Traccar Mobile App.
