Does anyone know whether a geozones report is running or not?

I test traccar api from 1C.
At first glance everything works.
But I could not get a report on the event - entry / exit to geofence
And I can not get it on the server, although my tracker is in the geofence - this can be seen in the figure

Have you linked the geofence to the device?
