Just hoped that someone here figured this device out.

What protocol does your device use? I know that Sinotrack ST-901 uses H02 protocol.

What I can see it uses H02 protocol.
ST-902 works perfect in Traccar, but I would like to tweek the update sequence etc.
The simple things to get it to work with Traccar was no problem.
Then you can try to find a forum topic about devices that use H02 protocol and ask there for manual. Hopefully it's the same for all H02-based units.
