Mysql error change

Hi @tananaev

I did followed it. I have this line in my config file but it didn't worked.

My mysql version:

mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.16, for Linux (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper.

Anyhow, thanks for great work with Traccar!

Yes, I modified the character encoding (in mysql database address column) from utf8 to utf8mb4_general_ci and everything works well.
