The URL doesn't point to Traccar instance.

I am a newbie, i can install Traccar server correctly, mobile client can send info to server, also i can use website with 8082 port, but when i use Traccar Manager app, i get "Server connection failed", this happen with android and iphone.
what do i miss? thank you!
