Problems with traker tk103 connection, please help me

Good day

I installed traccar and the tracking of my android smartphone is fine, I don't have problems with it. But when I want to track a tracker tk103, does not send data to connect.

I already done the following commands from a android smartphone and the SMS have the correct answer, I have been using port 5002.

In the traccar interface, I register it as follows:

Name: Test1
Group: Empty
Identifier: 359710049001986
Phone: +522224276725
Model: TK103

What could be my problem?

Try port 5001...
