the instructions has been given very clearly in the splash screen of traccar manager
you have to clear the cache and clear data in application manager in your phone

It does show very clearly, but no way I would have remembered this message after installed the app 6 months ago and only once. Thank you.
That's a standard procedure on both Android and iOS. If you don't know about it, there is always an option to just re-install the app.

From the home screen, tap the All Apps icon.
Scroll to and tap Settings.
Scroll to and tap Apps.
Scroll to and tap the preferred application.
Tap Storage.
Tap CLEAR CACHE.
Hello,
I have installed the manager, pointed to server XYZ, it worked perfect. The Server XYZ is no longer running, I have destroyed and created a new one with a different IP.
Trying to open the app fails with ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT because it still looking for the server XYZ. I have removed the app and reinstalled but it keeps pointing to the old server.
How to clean the server XYZ info?
