I did some tests about geo fences with the circular tool. The geo fences did work fine. Every time a device did get in or get out in a geo fence, the server sended me a message by web mail.
Then, I made about 5 or 6 new geo fences with the poligonal tool and no one of them did Works. I did never get a message in many tests I made.
Recently, I did change the geo fences using the circular tool and every thing Works fine again.
The poligonal tool for create geo fences doesn't work? Or my server is not configured properly?

It should work. Are you sure geofences were linked to the device?
Absolutly. In fact, first I did the geo fences with poligonal tool and linked the devices. Then I realized it didn´t work and I changed the same geo fences with the circular tool using the edit command without change the devices links to make them work.
I would recommend reporting issue on GitHub with more details.
