I have encountered an issue regarding grouping, I have two users one is admin and the other is standard, each account has several devices attached. I then wanted to show the standard users devices under the admin account and used the user panel and selected the admin account. I then selected devices and checked all the devices from the standard user so they display under admin. This all works well, the only issue is that the devices are under two groups, CAR and Hand Held in admin and the standard user account. When you view the device it does not show the name given for the group it displays a number, so am assuming that you cannot move grouping names between accounts or it this a glitch in the system.
You have to give access to the group for your user.
Ok got it thanks. Is there a user manual anywhere available? or YouTube tutorial.
Unfortunately there is no manual available.
