I tried to contact the company responsible for the tracker device that sends this code, which I am asking for help, but without success, but the good news is that I found here the source code of a gateway for windows (I believe developed in the language GO) that has the information that could be useful for you, since we currently use this gateway to receive the data and store it in our DB (MSSQL) if you are interested I can send you, I believe it would be helping many here in Brazil (where many people use This type of tracker)
