Windows VPS not showing devices

As far as I can see, there are no messages from either of your device in the logs.
Wow, well I am more concerned with the TC68S because I managed to track the phone with the demo server. I inserted the simcard into the TC68S and it has enough data and airtime because when I send commands to its able to respond via sms. I then plugged the devoce into the vehicle's obd port. I then proceeded to add the device to the Traccar Server. I then typed the IMEI number as the identifier.
Saved everything and refreshed my browser but nothing appears.Can you possible point out if I missed anything or what I did wrong. Your help will be highly appreciated.
