Can´t see new 3.10 options

I have upgraded to 3.10 from 3.8, everything seems to work fine but I can´t find the options for the new features.
For instanse, and can´t find where to set User limits. I looked for them in the user account and I see Device limits but I can not see user limits.
I have installed the new version but it seems to be running the previous version.

Can anyone help me?

Yes, I think I did.

There is traccar-setup.exe instead of traccar.run in the 3.10 zip file.
What should I run instead of "sudo ./traccar.run"
