Problem setting server command in GT02A device
It might be possible that it's locked. You should check with vendor.

I've just paired GT02A without problems. This is what I did:
#1: Insert unlocked SIM into the GT02A and power it up.
#2: Use your own mobile and send test SMS to SIM that's in the GTA02A. I've send:url,666666#
666666=default password. It could be different (check user's manual).
The G02A should return a google maps link. If it does not, than password is not correct and/or GPS is not working.
#3: Ok test works, Let's setup connection to our server. So send another SMS to it:server,666666,1,your-traccar-server.com,5002,0#
Don't forget to change "your-traccar-server.com" to your server's IP/address and 666666 to your password.
That's it. Now add tracker to traccar. Under identifier type your last 11 bits of IMEI and prefix 0 (ie: 056033729123)
hello, thanks for read. i have a problem with this dievice buyed in deal stream. SIM without PIN, it's possible make calls, also on one móbile its possible access to internet... but.... not its possible setup server

it's configured with default factory server atr02.tuqianggps.com !
i try to change with all options with no luck,the tracker ignore this sms the old server

the result it's the same, i can change all parameters but not server.!
Any idea? are possible this unit are locken to use only in factory reset server.
