well i just followed what you said about the port issue yesterday
you said its protocol 5001 because its gps103

i already config the devices to my vps ip and port 5001/5002 to
5001 receive connected device but no gps location
5002 nothing happen seeing logs
giving me

Your device is using GPS103 protocol. There is no point in trying other ports.
As I said, your device just doesn't send any GPS data. It's not a server issue. The link, that I provided earlier, has some information that might help.

only the thing i can see is first device online (event) then device unknown
