I know where to change "kn" to "km/h", I'm looking for how to make "km/h" the default value when adding a new user, now the default is "kn". Isn't that what we're talking about? There's also "Force Settings" enabled but it doesn't change anything. It's just that when I add a new user I always have to change it.
I have exactly the same problem as you Fedingas, the server already has km/h and also Google maps, but new users are being registered with kn and standard maps
What do I put here to use only Google Maps on the entire server for all users? Whatever I write here, it leaves OpenStreetMap as the default.
Setting something in the server settings will make it the default for users, unless users override it explicitly. You can also force server settings, in which case it will take precedence over user settings.

I don't understand where I'm doing wrong. I've been using traccar for several years, but I've never found where and how to change it, I've just accepted that when adding a new user I have to change the speed unit, because this value is always kn, no matter what I do.
You won't see it in the user settings. You will see it when you look at the actual data.

I noticed a strange thing, if I change the Altitude Unit from m to ft in the server settings, an entry appears in the attributes, but only this one. When changing the others, this does not happen. I tried adding the speedUnit value to the attributes, but it did not allow me to add it. Strange.
Anyway when i try add new user default Altitude Unit value remain "m".
