create Icons on principal screen

Could someone help me, I would like to put some icons on the right side of the main screen below the events icon, does anyone know where they are rendered in the traccar web code, any help is appreciated

me avisas si encuentras el archivo a modificar. Yo tengo modificaciones pero en otros archivos del código fuente pero esos iconos nose cual archivo modificar.
