For zero coordinates there's a filter. Have you checked the documentation?

Filter zero coordinates. Zero latitude and longitude are theoretically valid values, but it practice it usually indicates invalid GPS data.

i facing same problem, after i upgrade from 3.11 to 6 , GT06N sent zero lat long after parking (stop) . it was never happen when i used traccar ver 3.11 could you help me, please ?

This would happen even on an old version. You device hasn't reported any location, so you get all zeroes. You can enable filtering if you want.
