Good day, I have a xirgo xt4964 device connected to port 5081 and this is the information that the server receives, is another protocol needed to decipher the code?

What makes you think it's from your device and not just internet noise?

I don't know, when I change the port the server does not receive any message, it is only when I use that port that this appears

All I can say that's not the Xirgo protocol, so I suspect it's noise. Also that IP address variety also likely points to noise.
