Thank you for your response. Their service is back online. I tried to access their website 9 hours ago but i could not. I wrote them an e-mail but had not received feedback . Maybe the issue was on my side, but it is ok now. Every is working perfectly.

We did have a short period of downtime there and it was resolved. We did follow up and reply to this client via email and tickets.
We worked with him also to find out that traccar was using the v3 API which was deprecated years ago and has known bugs. We helped him update the script and also provided it on GitHub which seems to now have been updated, fixing all issues.
We are always here to help clients and support is definitely not that bad. We followed up over email and have been in constant contact with this client via email and ticket support.
