Add new protocol

HI, i am adding a new protocol but have some problem with the location decode

this is the stream

AP01220708A1829.2395N06951.9279W012.4191714000.0005300005300008,370,01,4001,134657,AP1|00:26:b4:8b:08:58|-55&AP2|20:65:8e:71:33:7

this is the location

A1829.2395N06951.9279W012.4

A is valid, lat 1829.2395N and lon 06951.9279W

i understand that is in foremat DMS, but get like a 1k of diference. i dont have support from the company who sell this.

this is formar DMS ?

Looks very similar to TRV protocol.

Its and security ankle, but the coordinate are DMS ?
how can a get infor about TVR protocol ?

I am using a version of Traccar for Windows from September 2023.
I want to add a Queclink GL33 device, model 2024.
On demo.traccar.org & port 5004, the device connects and works correctly.
However, on my test server running Traccar for Windows from September 2023, it does not connect.

What could be the reason?
If this version (September 2023) does not support the device, is there a way to add the protocol that works in the latest version?

Why not upgrade to the latest version?

There are tightly coupled external modules that cannot be updated within this year's plans.

Then you probably have to backport the protocol implementation into your version.
