need help with GP30 Tracker from trackerone

Hi

i have a GP30 tracker from trackerone here.
i can config it with the following SMS commands after changing the SIM Card.

APN,em#
SERVER,1,myservername,0#
TIMER,60,60#

All commands are acknowledged with an OK SMS.
The gprsset# command shows the right apn and server but it shows gprs:off.

when i put the original SIM card from trackerone back in the tracker goes online and connects to traccar.
Emnify status with my SIM card is registered but offline.
I think the APN is not set to the new value and gprsset# show only the right one.

Can anyone help?

Did you remove the pin code from your new simcard?

yes the sim is from emnify and there is now pin code by default.
and this card is working in a TK911Pro without a problem.

Probably we got very same device and same results. I bought it on amazon as this one https://www.amazon.pl/dp/B0DJ6YDT9B

With my own simcard installed, command by SMS (my network APN etc..) are taken but no mather what I try GPRS:OFF remain, even when PARAM# show Link Up.
Same simcard work without problem with WanWay S20 reaching demo servers.

(Strange, becouse this config reply I get on my simcard and this is last time I saw GPRS:ON)

Tried GPRSON,1# to no avail.
I can try to setup my own server to try catch anything but suspect this does not make sense until I get GPRS:ON. Or maybe this is false thinking and with Link UP status I should see anything in logs?

Yes that is the same device.
Nut i dont think the problem is on the server side because with the original sim card the tracker works with my traccar server. Only with an other sim there are problems.
The server settings are accepted.

I could not be locked to sim card number because with my own sim it can receive and send sms.
It looks like the Apn is locked

Original simcard probably worked. I didn't bother with stock app Trackerone. I can only assume that in some point in time it worked becouse now, when I install this app (without paying plan) I see it's last position as my actual location. But now it does not pair to app by IMEI even when I try to restore original APN and Server nor work with traccar.

i put my own sim card in and set the server to mine traccar server with SERVER command SMS.
now i put the original sim card back in and the device connects to my server on port 5023.
so connection to traccar is working without problems.

The Problem is that the tracker is not sending any data with my own sim card (GPRS:OFF in status).
when the original sim card is deactivated at any time i cant use the tracker anymore.

i need a way to get the tracker online with my own sim card

But did you enabled paid plan in TrackerOne app that your original simcard is able to send data?
If I put this original simcard to phone it has no carrier for data. It has label DATA-ONLY. I assume it will, if I pay in app adding device IMEI (which is tied with simcard in their system).

no i have never paid for a plan in app.
