SMS Test Failing and showing server CCS from traccar.org
I have upgraded back to the latest version and replaced the template files as suggested. All working as expected on 6.5.
I spoke too soon. The SMS test is working when I goto settings --> notifications --> test channels using SMS, but SMS notifications are not working for the geofence, the red band of info that I posted in the original message is not showing up but it is appearing in the tracker-server.log file.
Replacing the templates files did't work for me, so I installed the preview version from https://www.traccar.org/preview
It worked very well!
