Traccar supports output control command and custom command. If your device supports it, one of those options should work in Traccar.
Whats the sms message that you send?
I'm not sure exactly what you meant but I believe you can find everything on the SIM provider Developers website:
https://developers.soracom.io/en/docs/reference/sim-datasheet/#embedded-sim-specifications
If you or anyone here need any more information to make this work please let me know that I will do my best to find it.
Here are some key details I found about the SIM card:

What is unclear about my question ?
You write: The key is triggered by a SMS message to open or close the doors.
I ask: Whats the sms message that you send?
I mean what is the exact command that you sent through sms to the device.
Hi, Track-trace.
Currently the devices are managed by another company. We're planning to bring the management to your own server using Traccar.
Are we able to find out what is the exact command you're looking for on the documentation supplied by the SIM manufacture ?
No, logicly you need to know the device protocol. And check the device specifications for the functions you want to use.
It should have nothing to do with the device simcard. The simcard only is used to establish the gprs (internet) connection.
Thanks for getting back to me. Just to clarify.
I our case we are dealing with 3 devices bundled in one:
*Picture-1 The tracking / GPS device itself = LS2003C-2RE
*Picture-2 - A after market key attached to the main board and programmed to each vehicle
Hi, everyone.
Does Traccar allow us to operate the vehicle's doors if the tracking device installed supports this function?
The device has a programmable key ( KeyDIY) programmed to the car's Immobiliser. The key is triggered by a SMS message to open or close the doors.
