Have you followed the troubleshooting guide?
Yes, and I can't find the error.
OK, then share the steps and results for each step.
I don't understand what you want to tell me. If you tell me what guide... I'll do it without problems.
But you said you already followed the troubleshooting guide when I asked you. Which guide did you follow? Please provide a link.
Sorry, maybe I got confused and we are not understanding each other. The guide you gave me was logical. Installation, access to the program console, the link where traccar identifies whether or not you have port 8082 open. As far as my knowledge goes, everything is correct. If you have a link where I can find my error, I would appreciate it. Sorry for the confusion and appreciate your help getting my server up and running.
Which guide did I give you?
We are entering a confusing legal loophole. I think we have a language problem.
I was referring to your question from the first message, if I had followed the guide. Anyway I hope someone can help me.
Can anyone help me?
Xavi, he is talking about the https://www.traccar.org/troubleshooting/
I wonder why you dont search the website and simply dont answer his questions.
If you state you have read and tried the troubleshooting guide. And then do not provide what you have done so far related to that guide. And then do not provide the link when asked. It has little to do with common sense.
Thanks for sending me the link to the guide.
I have done some of those processes that the guide indicates. It answers the port, it can connect me to the server from outside the local IP, the only thing I can't get is to link my device with its port duly open (5027 for the Teltonika FMC920) as indicated in the guide.
Another part, I don't know how to do it, since I don't have much knowledge in programming.
Anyway, thanks for the information. I will continue investigating to see if I find my mistake.
Thanks anyway
You should check the server log if the device can connect to the server. If it can you will see entries about the device in the server log. If it doesnt report that you should check.
-You should use the port checker to see if the protocol port 5027 is accesible from the internet.
If not check router / firewall ports
Device has valid simcard with data
Describes the error*
A clear and concise description of what the error is. Don't link to my server.
To play
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I have the installation using a script:
https://community-scripts.github.io/ProxmoxVE/scripts?id=traccar
2.- I can access the server and register without problem through its corresponding port 8082.
3.- I have tried to connect to my server through Cloudfare, and when it does not work, also through the NO-IP.com server, since I have a Dynamic IP.
4.- Both through Cloudfare and through my No-Ip domain I access without problems the main page of traccar, where I add the unique IMEI of the FMC920.
5.- I have configured the FMC920 through a traccar demo server, and it linked me without problems and on the first try.
Expected behavior
I have the problem installing traccar in proxmox, and I don't know where in the installation and I don't know how to solve it.
