battery consumption

Hello,

Until now I have been using traccar with Teltonika locators. I wanted to try the client to get a history of my location.
I wanted to understand on ios how much battery consumption does it have?
Has anyone done any tests with the various sampling?

If I sample every 300 seconds, is that a good compromise?

It also depends on the accuracy.

I tried Traccar for a few weeks. I really liked everything except for the battery consumption. I ran Traccar and Life360 in parallel for several days and Traccar used much more battery. Are there any recommendation to limit battery consumption? (And the trade offs for those settings would be an added bonus). Thanks

The two main things is accuracy and interval.
