Unable to Find Send Command Option

I am new in using Traccar Server. And i am Trying to Figure Out Sending Command. I am following this link;
https://www.traccar.org/commands/

1. Added Commands "MY_SERVER/settings/commands"
2. Linked Commands to My Device
3. Tutorial Says "To send the command, select it from the list on the send command screen" But There is not Send Command Link in My Settings Menu

Where Can I Find This Menu Option or Do I have to Enable it somewhere?

To used the send command option.

Go to Map, select desired Device, arrow upload icon, Settings, Command, Required, Saved Command, New ... drop down list of command you tagged earlier, select desired command and click Send.

Hope my narration helps. 

Why do you need saved commands? It's an advanced functionality that you don't need if you just want to send a command.
