So I'm just guessing here, when I try to connect to a url, the DNS resolves it into the IP address, which would be my external IP.
Is it possible to set up a small local DNS, just to translate that URL into my local IP of the server?
Running a R-Pi4, so a DNS should be possible, but I would want a "local" "light" version...
Well, I played around a bit with dnsmasq on my Pi, entered the URL in the hosts file, and changed one DNS entry in the router. It now works, even with the Wifi switched on!

No, it is the external IP.
I use a modem/router from my provider. Then a Netgear router that I own and runs as DMZ. From there to a Raspberry Pi4, where the traccar server runs.
