How long does it take for a device using a tcp connection to change from online to offline? Can this be set

As far as I am concerned, for mobile devices, it directly changes from online to unknown after 10 minutes, but for devices based on tcp protocol, how long does it take to change from online to offline

You must configure it per protocol.
