Not sure, but i would not buy from a manufacturer that does not give support. You might try to get support from sellers that advertise through alibaba.

ive got 4 ST-901 devices.
2 are working probably. With "SLEEP0000 3" they go offline as intended and coming back online when moved.
2 other devices don´t sleep for a long time. After a few minutes the 2 devices are back online and sending GPS data. Even the car is parking the devices sending hundred of datasets a day which are consuming mb for nothing.
