Wialon position forwarding option

Hi there,

I saw in the Traccar 6.5 release note a new feature called Wialon position forwarding option.

to use this new feature, i didn't find information on the documentation. But i saw on Github it's like amqp or mqtt...

So to use this new feature what is the configuration ?
