Device TK102-2 : Novice

Hi,

I'm very sorry to write this post, but i need help to configure my device TK102-2 on my own website.
For information: I have opened port 5006 as shown on this page: https://www.traccar.org/devices/

I have sent the following commands :
apn<mycode> internet
adminip<mycode> <myIP> 5006

Traccar interface :
Identifiant = IMEI (15 numbers) : 86***********69

Unfortunately, I do not get any log :(

I already check this guide:
-> Port 5006 is open

I think the problem comes from the device. I receive SMS without GPS coordinates in "tracker" mode. I contacted the official reseller.
