Dear developers of Traccar, thanks for this great proyect, really!!
Ok, excuse me for open and comment my problem, the problem is OCI Oracle cloud "free"!!... breack all my job, or I can acces to my traccar.
Can some user of OCI or ubuntu linux help me, I can do nothing, theyre lost al my work, I'm normal software user, I'm not developer, I don't not understant this lenguage, just know OCI broken my instance and/or cloud network when theyre douring maintenance, GRRRR... I know, thats free... what's you hope?? Traccar is free, really free, OMG. OCI is a bu++sh++.
My ip public in OCI to my traccar server xxx.xx.xxx.xx:8082 don't work, and few months back yes, do work, the only one thing I did feew days back is run sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade in my instance OCI ubuntu to keep it update, nothing more, and i don't know why don't work. My ping to ip public OCI lost all pakets. I try to see my log in traccar opt/traccar/logs and I dont read nothing with nano, is empty, that all in linux is hard for me, I can't present you the logs to help me, in advance.
I do many things with care, edit my Cloud network, I do Gateways, rules for ports, defaults security list, everything renew, and nothing, I lost 6 hours yesterday in do changes, all in English and without an logicall idea what I do, I'm not develloper, just trying to do logical and think well, but the fok**** OCIcloud don't work. OCI don't have a help for free user -but off course have my credit card number- and don't have help, but, an stupid IA bot with de default answers.
Please dear users, Can someone with the same system Instance in cloud and Virtual clouds network help me with my problem?? I know I ask to much, but finally I don't no for what way forward. I don't know where to go, if I delete the instance I will have to pay and/or renew one new traccar work with hours of dedication without knowlegment. I have a free account "in exchange for my data and credit card", so I already paid or they took advantage.

Thank you. I describe all I can/know, my traccar in OCI don't work, myip:port xx.xxx.xx.xx:8082 don't work, and i just do update my ubuntu OCI, not more, and my traccar don't have access.
I check my iptable rules, I check my virtual network and rules, everything is prepare, but I can access to ip:8082
I know that is not a problem discousin here cause traccar work good, just please need hel with people know OCI cluds to hel me what i needed found, not working with my problem.
