Device shows up red but it works
I had similar issues in the past, I just had to re-flash the device. I am curious how you send the "Reset" command, can you please elaborate on that?
With a message on the device but this temporarily solves the problem because after a while it will freeze again
Have you checked logs to see what data you're receiving? It's unclear if the issues is with device or server.
I have an issue,many devices show as red and offline, for a long time but i keep getting information about the speed. If the device i has speed and after i send the command Reset via message to gps it goes green and it start working… after that a new device makes the samething. Any clues?
