ERROR 999 : error : windows could not start the service in local computer

Hi ,
i getting the error today that i dont know how to fix it .
the error is the same that i write in subject box , and i send a pic of it below to check !
i was working with traccar server (localhost:8082) before but now i cant start the server !

i solve it ,
if you get this error you should do this :
run traccar-setup.exe again and do the instalation again .
if it will be ok . and dont anything with conf file(it's too sensetive)
