traccar cant get the packet correctly from teltonika

Hi,
i have a problem : my problem is that i want send a packet in teltonika protocol using python.
for example sending lat , lon , angle , etc..
and i think i do it well in coding(at least) and i make AVL PACKET well but traccar doesnt show the correct form (for example lat, lon isnt changing) , the only thing is that traccar is going to be online for 1 sec and after that being offline.
but teltonika server response(for the packet that i'm sending ) is correct !
