I'm having problems related to statuses, they are inconsistent, and they keep going back and forth so the alerts don't work properly.
Our biggest problem is related to the ignition and battery statuses, they don't fix the icons when showing the live tracker, they should fix the last status until a new event is sent by the equipment, can you help me, please?
Sven, there's no data from the device in your log file. I would recommend following the troubleshooting guide first.
