Offline status

Hi,
When will it be offline status? when the devices has not reported data for a long time.

example, these devices have not reported data for a long time, but the status is still unknown.

Can we set the offline status, such as when it has not reported for more than 10 days to change offline?

It depends on the protocol you're using. If the protocol doesn't have a connection concept, then it won't ever be offline.

how about connection concept for startek protocol. I using it and how can I config to offline status or not?

Startek is TCP only, so there's a connection. So it should have an offline state, unless you set status.ignoreOffline in the config file.
