Save token variable to use on SMS HTTP API 1NCE

I would like to know if I can save a token variable because it is changing each hour:

from https://api.1nce.com/management-api/oauth/toke

And I would like to use on authorization part:

Could i know if is possible and how can i configure it on .xml file?
