port problem

i have a problem.
my problem is that i use this code (https://github.com/traccar/traccar/blob/master/tools/test-generator.py ) as you mentioned 6 month ago , to send the location data(lat , lon , ....) and i set EMEI correctly . but when i run this code i get a lot of errors(I THINK the problem is from PORT NUMBER) that you can see them in link below

Connection failed, as it says. So probably server details are wrong.

i set the server and port wrongly!
