On the ST-901 with ACC (orange) & RELAY (yellow) wires, the device upon GPRS update sends ACC ON even when then ACC lead is NOT CONNECTED to 12V.
Connecting and disconnecting the ACC (orange) wire will have the unit send the ACC status correctly. However, once in the DISCONNECTED state, the next data update will change the ACC state to CONNECTED when the ACC is NOT CONNECTED.
To reproduce the issue: Disconnect ACC. Wait according to "GPRS UPLOAD TIME" specified in config. Default 20s. The device will respond with ACC CONNECTED whilst the ACC wire is still DISCONNECTED.
I've noticed this issue being reported 6 years ago, yet with no resolution mentioned. Has anyone been able to fix it since?
Good morning.
I have the same problem. ST-901-L-R.
Is there a way to fix this?
Sinotrack preferred blocking communication than to provide any assistance. Not expecting anything soon ...
Have you solved the problem by any chance?
