Traccar 5.8

Traccar server 5.8 is available for download.

This release includes a number of new features and improvements:

• Easy branding - name, logos and colors can be changed without code modifications
• Faster reports - summary, trips and stops now have a fast option with some reduction in accuracy
• Trip parameters can be configured per device
• New filter for messages without location data
• Admin is able to upload files directly from the web app
• List of current geofences moved from devices to positions
• Fixes for report scheduling and group commands
• Improvements for existing protocols

There is one new GPS protocol in this version:

• TranSync - protocol from Volty IoT Solutions
