Traccar 4.8

Traccar server version 4.8 is available for download.

This is a very small release with the following two fixes:

• Failed login attempts return human readable error message instead of a crash stack trace.
• Wikimedia map layer, that we used before as a default, has stopped working, so from this release we are switching back to the OpenStreetMap as the default.
